Welcome to my website and thanks for your interest in my practice.  I am a cognitive behavioral therapist who is committed to providing empirically based interventions to help you make meaningful changes in your life.  My style is active, collaborative, and caring, and I will work with you to personalize treatment to you and your needs.

I enjoy working with children, adolescents, and adults.  While I work with people who struggle with a number of different concerns, I have the most training and experience treating people who struggle with anxiety (obsessive compulsive disorder, panic disorder, specific phobias, separation anxiety, generalized anxiety disorder, and social anxiety), depression, motor and vocal tics, hair pulling and skin picking, and attention deficit hyperactivity disorder.  I also continue to update my knowledge and enhance my skills by attending ongoing consultation meetings and trainings.

I am trained as a cognitive behavioral therapist and I utilize the newer cognitive behavioral interventions, ie, mindfulness techniques, self compassion skills, and acceptance strategies.  I work with my clients on taking an active part in identifying and making progress toward their goals in order to live a more full life.
